ENEMY ANEMONE is Jen Turrell’s new project, (Boyracer, Rabbit In Red etc). Vocally inspired by 70s femme post punkers Girls At Our Best, Jen squeeze 3 slabs of melodic frenetic sub-2 minute pop wonderment onto one side of a 45rpm 7inch!

On the other side of the record, and the other side of the world, Australia’s COUGAR VOX jump for the jugular with Slits-esque inspired shamble and ramble, girlpunk explosion of riotous élan. The EP’s closing track “ODD” is a celebration of wanton individualism, and an invitation to join Cougar Vox’s tribe. Or form your own!
